If you’re staying at Flügler, or thinking of staying with us, then please take a minute to read our Terms & Conditions. These exist to make Flügler a safe, happy and welcoming place to stay.

Booking Policy

  1. Guest can request Bookings via Flugler hostels website or by contacting Flugler authorised reservation staff or any other mode authorized by Flugler(which includes third party booking portal like hostelworld,booking.com etc.)
  2. No request for a Booking should be deemed to be accepted unless and until Flugler confirms its acceptance via Email and provides a booking reference, at which point the Contract will come into existence.
  3. Flugler will use its reasonable Endeavour’s to accommodate any request from the Guest to change the Booking Details but any request to change the dates or length of stay or add products and/or services will be subject to availability and the Guest paying for such increased length of stay and/or products and/or services at Flugler standard rates from time to time.
  4. When more than two guests booking beds in a dorm, Flugler will attempt to accommodate guest on the same booking in the same dorm, however this cannot be guaranteed.
  5. Certain polices are booking specific and are informed to the Guest at the time of booking.
  6. Right to admission is reserved.

Booking Extension Policy

  1. Extension of the stay would be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability.
  2. Current room rates may be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
  3. Need to inform at reception before 24 hours of extension date. (confirmation will be subject to availability)

Group Booking Policy

  1. Flugler does not allow Group stays beyond eight people (even if the bookings are made in multiple instalments, through any booking platform).
  2. In case of a group of 4 or more we recommend you to strike up a conversation about a specific stay email us at info@fluglerhostels.com
  3. Flugler strongly believe in secular business therefore our hostel is not a right place for a group visiting the region for religious purposes.

Check-in & Check-out

  1. Check in time at the hostel is 12 pm hours
  2. Check out time at the hostel is 10 AM
  3. Early check-in and later check out times may be available subject to prior arrangement with Flugler and at a sole discretion of hostel management. However, please feel free to hang around in our common areas during that time. (In the absence of such prior arrangement, failure to checkout by 1000 hrs may result in the Guest being charged for an additional night’s accommodation at the standard applicable rate.)

Fees & Payment

  1. Unless otherwise agreed by Flugler the Charges only cover the provision of accommodation at the Hostel and the Guest may incur additional charges including, without limitation, charges for meals, room service and other facilities available at the location property (the “Additional Charges”)
  2. Guests will be informed of the amount of the Additional Charges before they are incurred
  3. Bookings will be subject to the Guest: Making payment of the Charges in full in advance or, at Flugler option, paying a booking fee and/or deposit; and providing valid Debit or Credit Card details via which payment of the Charges or the balance of the Charges (as the case may be) and any Additional Charges can be taken at check in at the hostel or at the time of booking
  4. If not prepaid in full at time of booking the balance of the Charges must be paid by the Guest immediately on checking in at the Hostel. Any Additional Charges must be paid either as they are incurred or, at Flugler option, upon the Guest checking out at the Hostel
  5. The following payment methods are accepted by Flugler:
    • Credit and Debit Cards
    • Rupay, Visa, Maestro and MasterCard
    • Cash, Credit, or Debit Cards, if the Guest is paying in person at the Hostel
    • IMPS or Wallet payment


Advance taken at the time of reservation or booking is always non-refundable.

  1. Balance amount needs to prepay at the time of check-in
  2. Our cancellation policy is as simple you must cancel your booking with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice before your check in date. Flugler check in time is 12 PM. Therefore, if you were supposed to be arriving at 1 PM on Friday, you will need to cancel before 12 PM Tuesday
  3. If you made your reservation with a third party such as Hostelworld.com, then you need to cancel the reservation through that platform only
  4. Flugler may at any time cancel a Booking if the Hostel becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside Flugler control in which case Flugler will pay the Guest a full refund of any Charges and any booking fee paid
  5. If you booked directly with us, either in person or throughout website, you need to email the hostel that made the booking for to cancel your booking – your cancellation is not confirmed until you have received an email back from us. We can be reached at: info@fluglerhostels.com

No Show Policy:

If you do not turn up your booking on the date, you have defined, your booking will be cancelled and you will be charged for the full value of you booking to your credit card

If you do not turn up on the day of your booking but instead turn up a day later, there is unfortunately no guarantee that we will have a bed or a room available for you.

Where the Guest has been offered a discounted rate on condition that the Booking becomes non-refundable upon cancellation then, provided the Guest has been informed of such Condition, in the event of cancellation of the Booking, all Charges applicable to that Booking remain payable in full.

Your Reservation Deposit

If you have booked with an online travel agent such as Hostelworld.com, any deposit that you paid at the time of booking was a commission kept by their company. Flugler does not received any deposits paid on external booking sites .Refund of those deposits are completely the purview of the online travel agent. You will need to contact them to discuss it.

If you had made your booking directly with Flugler hostels website or Booking.com, we have not taken any deposit off your credit card. Your credit card information is simple recorded in the event that you are a no-show after your Check in date. All is good!

Hostel Rules

Our Hostels rules are very simple. This is what we expect of you when you are staying at Flügler Hostels

  1. Minimum Age

    The minimum age for Primary guests to check in at all Flugler hostels is 18

  2. Identity Proof

    It is mandatory for Guest to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to Government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hostel. The identification proofs accepted at the time of Check-in are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Voter ID card. PAN Card and other Local IDS are not accepted as a valid ID Card

  3. No drugs

    No drugs are tolerated on the property

  4. Be Considerate of other guests

    Guests are required to conduct themselves in a reasonable and responsible manner at the Hostel and must not act in any way, which may disturb other guests. Please be considerate of your fellow guests. Failure to adhere to this requirement may result in Guests being asked to leave the Hostel in which event all Charges and Additional Charges shall become immediately payable by the Guest

  5. Damages

    Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hostel asset. Guest shall keep the Hostel dorm room and private room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness

  6. Be Courteous to our staff

    Basic manners are expected. Our staff are human beings who deserve to be treat with respect

  7. No Theft

    We have cameras in our every hostel and our staff are well trained to spot it. Any stealing will not be tolerated

  8. No aggressive behaviour

    Threats of violence or anger directed at either our staff or our guests will result in you being removed from the property

  9. No abuse

    Any forms of sex tourism or child abuse that we witness will be reported to the authorities and the perpetrator will be immediately removed from the property

  10. No Smoking

    Smoking is not permitted inside any of our hostel and only in the designated smoking areas

  11. Personal Belongings

    Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings

  12. No animals

    No animals are allowed in the hostel premises

Safe Work Environment Policy

It is of paramount importance that Flugler hostels provides a safe working environment for all staff. All members of our team have the right to expect a safe place to work, free of harassment or abuse.

We are a private business and such are obliged by absolutely no legal framework to serve any Guests that we do not to serve for any reason.

We have the right to remove you from the property if we do not want you in our hostel and we do not have to declare any reason for doing so.

Guests that:
  • Threaten violence to any member of our staff, or
  • Are consistently rue to our staff, or
  • Display drunken and inconsiderate behaviour, or
  • Engage in solicitation or procurement of prostitution, or
  • We consider to be putting themselves, our staff, our guests in any form of danger, or
  • We consider to be negatively impacting our guests enjoyment of their stay
Will be physically ejected.


In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:

Booking” means the reservation by the Customer of accommodation and any other products and services detailed in the Booking, which is accepted by Flugler

Charges” means the charges payable by the Customer in connection with the Booking

Flügler” means Flugler Hospitality Private Limited (registered company number 073905) or such other company in the same group of companies as Flugler that operates the Hostel

Guests” means the Customer and any third parties they invite to the Hostel in connection with the Booking

Hostel” means the hostel owned or operated by Flugler the location of which is specified in the Booking
